Katy was a member of the band called Steel City. She had a boy-friend, Tom, who was its member too. She played the electric piano and wrote some of their songs, and Tom was a guitarist. One day, a music competition, ‘the Battle of the Bands’ was going to be held and their band was going to take part in it. But while they were practicing, Katy’s careless broke Tom’s guitar. So they bought a secondhand guitar, but Tom had become stranger and stranger since he got the guitar. Katy wondered Tom’s strange behavior, and she researched about the guitar. Then she found an uncanny event in twenty years ago and she thought a ghost was in the guitar. On the day of the competition, on the final stage, she tried to remove the ghost from Tom and broke the guitar. Steel City couldn’t win the competition but Tom could again become his former self and all the members of the band were happy. (180 words)
Evaluation; 5 stars
Review;
It is an exciting strange story. Tom, the hero of the story, is Katy’s boy-friend. Both of them are the members of the band, Steel City. They hope to become pop stars. They practice every day to play well. The ghost in Tom’s new guitar also seems to hope to become a big star, so the ghost possesses Tom to behave strictly against his mates.
My heart was beating fast while I was reading it. It was not so easy but I could read it without deadlock. So I evaluated it at 5 stars. (94 words)
